Anatomically Correct Old Stocking Doll

I probably should say anatomically INcorrect. This doll was purchased at a local farm estate sale I am not sure of the age but I’d guess 50’s or 60’s. The doll is 11 1/2″ long and is made from socks, he has a painted face. So what did they do for entertainment down on the farm?
