    The secret to loss weight , is well power .
    I know this is very hard , but you got to start from somewhere. When you got to much to lose , it will seen endless to see a result. There are all kinds of ways to lose the weight , you will have to find what works for you. I used my treadmill everyday , or I bike , even a simple fast walk a day for an hour would be a good start. You will feel good , watch what you eat , I have no chips no ice cream, no cookies in the house, just fruits and vegetable , fish , and meat on my plate . It is a matter of getting use to this life style. If you want to live long and healthy , treat yourself , it is your body , treat it good , every pound you lose , you will be proud, Good luck
