A Used Battery

There’s not much I can really say about this auction as the seller has decided to not give any write-up whatsoever about this fine battery. What we can tell is that the picture of the battery is blurred and also the battery is used.

From Butt pipe in Royston Vasey, that says it all. Do you drive a taxi per chance?

Ummm, isn’t it like against ebay rules to sell batteries? I have seen auctions before that have said the batteries do not come with the auction per ebay policy something about batteries in shipping, but if they happen to show up there ya got lucky. Not trying to be the bearer of bad news or the head guru ebay rule decipher woman, just wondered for personal knowledge, I have 4 kids and if I ever sell their toys this is something I will need to know. Thanks for any help anyone can give, I know some of you die hard ebay junkies must be able to help or know the answer to this, I am not one to read the rules or instructions until I break them, well except of course on the bizarre bids website, they are so plain and clear and always right there and easily accessible, so I would never intentionally break bizarre bids rules, but ebay rules? They are not so clear sometimes, and good gracious alive there are a half a million of them!! Can you imagine when ebay first got started? I bet there were only like 2 rules, pay your bill on time and don’t ask any questions! LOL! Ok so any help here? Not to mention, I wonder how much shipping from the UK to the states is on this little sucker, I bet it’s a mint! AURGH ok I’m shutting up now, someone please help that has the easy ebay rule book reference please! Oh I bet that would be such an easy and awesome thing to sell on ebay, make up a program that would insert into the seller portion of ebay while you are making your auction and pop up with hints and suggestions and let you know what the rules are so you could put out an auction the first time that did not break the rules and then ebay wouldn’t have to worry about wandering around reading auctions all the time and pulling them because they break the rules! I bet ebay would pay a pretty penny for that too!! I wonder how much the people make that go around reading ebay auctions to see if they break the rules? I bet that’s a good paying job, and a work at home thing too!! That would be so awesome for me especially with four kids! I could see a lot more of my kids for sure!! OK I have rambled senselessly until it would just blow your mind! And Roland stopped reading after the first 3 lines so he can’t help, LOL!!, any help here?

I am sure you can sell batteries on ebay.I bought some for computers. I think there are certian one’s that you probably should not sell like say a car battery for obvious reasons. It does not look like it will be shipping out of the UK.

Now the better question is where do you come up with a name like buttpipe? what does that mean.
Comment by Uzbekjoe — August 24, 2005 #
I don’t think Bryachris3 can make a comment unless it is usually more than 3-4 lines. I too stop reading after a few lines as does a lot of people other than Roland.
