Well considering that the virus in that water has long been dead since the water cooled anyway. Thats even if there were enough viral particles in there in the first place to be contagious. Other than that who would want used bath water.

yah gross…plus if you get the chicken pox at a real young age and not bad there is a small chance you can get them again…plus the water would be all cold and stuff..imagine telling your child hey I bought used water and bathed you in it..I am glad e-bay removed this becasue there are people out there crazy enough to buy stuff like this..
