FlyingCustom built Universal Hovercraft 18-SPW Hoverwing. “Wigged Out” is one of kind and one of only ten known 18-SPW’s flying in the world today. Fly in “wing in ground effect” five to ten feet off the ground at 45-55 mph. In Hovercraft mode, travel across water at 75mph.
